Prior to your first session, after completing an initial screening with an Attune clinician, you will be given access to Attune's client portal where you will have completed all necessary intake paperwork prior to the initial session. During the first session with your therapist, you will have the opportunity to share a bit more about what you'd like to get out of therapy at this time, set some goals together and begin to dive in. Your therapist will cover some logistics and give you plenty of time to ask questions and plan your meeting schedule.

Sessions range from 45-60 minutes, depending upon the modality being used and client needs. We typically begin working together on a weekly basis and can assess from there what frequency would be best for you.
